Hello fellow humans!

Is everyone else at the point where they are missing that human connection? I am.

I miss boardgames nights, intimate dinner gatherings, traveling to new unseen places, late night deep talks in the salon, and hugs.

I miss hugs quite a bit. 😭

Teaching online yoga classes instead of the pre covid in person ones, has helped me survive and feel connected to those around me.

Even though we are not in the same room, there is link there that allows me to feel fuller, and hopefully helps my students feel that connection as well.

I have been looking for a way to expand that feeling in my life, so I am happy to announce that I have added to my weekly teaching schedule!!

Sunday Evening Wind Down Yoga will begin online this Sunday!

This class is from 8-9pm and is the perfect way to set yourself up for the week. I personally am excited to have an activity Phil and I can do together right before bed to relax, and connect.

I also needed to hold myself accountable to stop snacking early 👀🤣

Whether you are new to yoga, or advanced this class will be a great way to wrap up your week, connect with other yogis across the globe, and find some calm in your life.

It will feature core strength, breath work, and an extended shavasana to help you slip into sleep effortlessly.

I personally plan on brushing my teeth before class so I can just glide into bed. Ahhhhhhh.

Haven’t connected with a friend or family member in a while? Share this with them and make it your weekly thing! Flowing and breathing together at the same time is one of the most uniting acts.

I promise you will leave class feeling lighter, calmer, and more fulfilled.

I unpack this subject and offer some easy, useful tips that you can do today to make a big difference.

These actions are a form of meditation. They will bring you into the present moment, and also add more meaning to your daily life.

I specifically take apart an eating challenge for those who mindlessly snack or eat. I find myself doing it too, but the exercise I offer in the podcast really does help.

Are you a parent? Try these activities with your kids as a game. It is never too early, especially with all of the media, information and distractions that are thrown at us minute by minute.

Do these with your partner for added intimacy in your daily lives.

Rolling solo? There is no time like the present to go deeper within.

On that note. I am thinking about recording a podcast for Valentine’s Day coming up on how to survive isolation with your partner.

I will be looking for a few stories from listeners on what has worked to help keep you sane, and maybe bring you closer together.

Anyone into this? I think it would be fun.

Feeling stuck? I teach yoga this Monday at 5:45, and I will be focusing on unblocking our heart energy!

This 1 hour class will fuse together slow flow movements, core strength while activating our chi, or spirit to flood our system with new life.

We all have energy inside us, and sometimes we just need a slight nudge to unlock it.

Every level of yogi is welcome in my classes. Whether you have never tried it, or are well seasoned. Classes are balanced out to be inclusive.

This first week of 2021 had me feeling lethargic, uninspired, and stressed. I am sure others felt the same.

I am ready to shed those feelings like a second skin. To cast them off and leave them behind.

Shifting my mindset towards strength, energy, happiness, excitement, plus reevaluating my goals and achieving them. 👏🏻

It is a constant struggle, but it is one step at a time. Day by day, sometimes hour by hour 👀

What are you leaving behind and what are you ready for in 2021?

Whatever is holding you back, shift that mindset, find help, let it go, and harness your individuality and strength.

I remember Phil begging me to go hiking with him last year. I was not into it.

Covid forced me to slow down, find new hobbies, and a true love of nature bloomed.

I am so thankful for that, and intend to fall even more deeply in love (with Phil 😍), and hiking in 2021.

Away in a cabin for the New Year, I needed some recharging “Me” time, so I took my fourth solo hike of 2020.

Much like my other solo travels, I found this hike to be empowering, enlightening, healing, and calming...
