Feeling stuck? I teach yoga this Monday at 5:45, and I will be focusing on unblocking our heart energy!

This 1 hour class will fuse together slow flow movements, core strength while activating our chi, or spirit to flood our system with new life.

We all have energy inside us, and sometimes we just need a slight nudge to unlock it.

Every level of yogi is welcome in my classes. Whether you have never tried it, or are well seasoned. Classes are balanced out to be inclusive.

This first week of 2021 had me feeling lethargic, uninspired, and stressed. I am sure others felt the same.

I am ready to shed those feelings like a second skin. To cast them off and leave them behind.

Shifting my mindset towards strength, energy, happiness, excitement, plus reevaluating my goals and achieving them. 👏🏻

It is a constant struggle, but it is one step at a time. Day by day, sometimes hour by hour 👀

What are you leaving behind and what are you ready for in 2021?

Whatever is holding you back, shift that mindset, find help, let it go, and harness your individuality and strength.

I remember Phil begging me to go hiking with him last year. I was not into it.

Covid forced me to slow down, find new hobbies, and a true love of nature bloomed.

I am so thankful for that, and intend to fall even more deeply in love (with Phil 😍), and hiking in 2021.

Away in a cabin for the New Year, I needed some recharging “Me” time, so I took my fourth solo hike of 2020.

Much like my other solo travels, I found this hike to be empowering, enlightening, healing, and calming...

Change of plans. Since I myself want to participat

Change of plans. Since I myself want to participate in the love and kindness meditation on New Years Day, I decided to do a prerecorded video.

It can be distracting when you are leading a meditation, and I want my good intentions to be maximized with all of you! We need every bit we can get for 2021!

Doing this will also allow folks to participate on different platforms as well, since I had a few reach out and ask if it will be available on Instagram.

I will be posting the video around 8:45 New Years Day, and if you can tune in here, or on the Facebook Watch at 9am we can all send well wishes, and healing from 2020 out into the universe together.

There is something so connecting and special about knowing others are putting their intentions out there at the same time. It is powerful energy, so let’s do it!
