Fitz and the Tantrums Saturday July 5th!

The first moment I heard their song 6am on Sirius, I thought it was some 80’s band I had mistakenly looked over.  The music reminded me of a new age Hall and Oates.  I was instantly jealous of the female backup singer.  I think I dreamt that eve I took her place…. Eviiiiil.  Anyways, they are coming to the burgh, this Saturday at Stage AE.  Tickets are $25 bucks, rain or shine.   I will be there bobbing my head, with a shit eating grin on my face.  One of my husbands and I’s personal favorite tracks is The Walker.  He described this song as my sneaky elf thieving song.  Have a favorite?  Please share, and join us won’t you?

I won tickets for the show without even knowing what I was winning. Twas a pleasant surprise and I’m sure we’ll see you there. Where you headed for drinks beforehand? Rivertowne has a solid draft list.

Depends! One of the best deals for parking is valeting at Hyde Park for 5 bucks, then grabbing a drink inside and you get to keep your car there all evening. Or we may park in town and walk across. Either way, I will keep you posted.
